The staff at An Angels Destiny was beyond helpful and courteous and I needed them to be tomorrow. I have been looking for a reasonable quality place to order my brothers headstone. I have dealt with Troost in the past and have nothing bad to say but I needed a better deal without sacrificing quality. I finally stopped into angels and I am so glad I did. Haciel and especially his female assistant helped me greatly. They set up a payment plan and got my stone ordered. I am extremely happy with the service and product I received. Honest people to do business with.
It was a very specific casket that I requested (for my wife), and Haciel found this casket for me in Texas. He then sent me a picture of it to verify, So I took the chance and ordered it. It came much faster than he thought, and was actually delivered to the funeral home the next day. It was perfect, exactly what my wife wanted, and even better than expected. Haciel is reputable, and his prices are reasonable, and you can trust him.
It was great working with Haciel to purchase a monument for my husband. As you can imagine I was grieving, stressed and experiencing all of the symptoms of the loss of a loved one. Haciel was understanding, patient, professional and provided words of encouragement. I told him what I wanted, he offered suggestions to help me design the monument. I was given an expected completion date of about six months. The monument was completed two months early. I am extremely pleased with the final product.
